Welcome

Big changes lie ahead for St Philip’s. It forms a key part of Temple Quarter, one of Europe’s largest urban regeneration projects, which the University of Bristol’s new education campus sits at the heart of.
We are proposing to redevelop an industrial site on the banks of the River Avon in St Philip’s, just 300 metres from the campus and immediately adjacent to St Philip’s Footbridge.
As part of our plan, we want to create a vibrant hub for the thousands of pedestrians and cyclists that will pass this point every day. We’ve hired some of Bristol’s most acclaimed designers to create a development that will set the bar for everything else that follows in this changing neighbourhood.
